- ISO 15-digit microchip (must be implanted before any vaccination)
- Rabies vaccination — primary vaccination (not booster)
- RNATT rabies titre test — blood sample 30+ days after vaccination
- 21-day wait after titre test result confirmed
- EU-format health certificate issued by accredited Australian vet
- Government endorsement by DAFF
- Arrival at an approved EU border inspection post (BIP)
