We've transported our own pets for over a decade

Having transported our own pets for over a decade, we understand the complexity and added stress it may cause when having to coordinate and facilitate the travel needs of your loved ones. Whether you're moving from Perth to Sydney, going on an extended stay, or looking at relocating a loved one, Rosardi offers domestic air and ground transport tailored to your pet's size, species, breed, and temperament.

We do our research. We will provide honest and upfront details of how we will care for your loved ones during transit. We work with you to establish your needs and the needs of your pet, taking the stress out of the process and allowing you to focus on your needs.

  • Road transport (where possible) as well as flight coordination with all major Australian domestic airlines
  • Door-to-door: Rosardi will coordinate collection of your pet from your home, manage all logistics and handling to and from your domestic destination, and deliver your precious cargo to the door of your desired destination
  • Secure, temperature-controlled vehicles and clean, airport standard approved crates to make the trip as comfortable as possible for your loved ones
  • Real-time personal communication on departure and arrival of your pet
  • Arrival confirmation and comfort check to reassure we care for your loved ones as if they are one of our own

  • Provide crate dimensions or weight of your pet (if known) so we can advise appropriately on sizing
  • Pickup and drop-off locations
  • Inform us of any special care needs — dietary requirements, anxiety, medication, age
Lead time: Domestic travel can usually be arranged within 5–10 business days depending on route availability. Domestic travel requires 4–5 days notice. Should you require emergency services within this timeline, reach out to discuss how we can facilitate. We have a number of dedicated agents around the country who can often accommodate at short notice.
