ROSARDI PET SERVICES was born from a lifelong love of animals and a passion for doing things better. As lifelong pet owners and animal lovers, we’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and cats of all kinds, with a particular fascination for rare sighthounds. Alongside that passion, our team brings over 15 years of professional experience in the airline industry with Qantas and Jetstar Airways, plus extensive backgrounds in logistics, customs, and quarantine.

Our little guy has made it! France to Australia. 10day Quarantine. 4kg weight loss - which he needed! I completed most of the paperwork until it was time for the final checks and flight when I engaged Goldenway Pets to help - they were great! Prompt email communication. Simple step by step guidance. Arranged flights and last vet check and health certificate. Confirmed all our paperwork [Green Checkmark Emoji] Once in PEQ don't expect too much - very hard to get in touch with anyone. Status was not updated in the 2 days, you'll get an email about 3 days before their release date allowing you to schedule a time. They did email when they noted a small weight loss which was nice and I was able to arrange a drop off of chicken and treats which leads me to my next recommendation Rosardi Pet Services AMAZING to have Holly close by arranging my dogs onward travel to the New South Wales north coast - she arranged everything! Was in constant contact. And even dropped off the treats for my dog when he wasn't eating. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending both these companies

Holly did a great job helping get my two cats and dog from the USA To Australia. she is very knowledgeable about the process and helpful with all the small tasks that need to get done. Without Rosardi I don't know if we would have been able to get our animals to Australia.

We were quoted crazy prices from other companies as dog is a large breed. Holly reached out to us and provided us with more options and at extremely lower price.
